Zara Al-Nayazi

Zara holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology (2019) and a MSc Mental Health in Children & Young People: Psychological Approaches (2021).

She has experience working across a range of clinical and community settings, supporting individuals with diverse mental health needs, neurodevelopmental conditions, and emotional difficulties. Her work has included neurodiversity assessments, supporting individuals with autism and learning difficulties, and providing emotional and practical support to people in distress.

Zara is passionate about delivering compassionate, evidence-based care and supporting people with their mental health. She has a particular interest in autism and ADHD assessments.
